With so many challenges facing agriculture, H&H Land and Property are to host a seminar to update farmers on the opportunities to help plan for the future.
In the light of our uncertain future, H&H Land and Property is to hold a seminar opportunity to inform for farmers, and the wider agricultural industry, of the business opportunities and grants currently available and current issues to consider. Free to attend, the seminar will take place at Creighton Rugby Club, in Carlisle, on Wednesday 24th April.
Present to deliver the key messages will be staff from H&H Land and Property, H&H Insurance Brokers and H&H Farm Finance in association with Mulberry Finance. They will give the latest information and updates on:
- Farm Business Management
- Rural and Land Agency Issues
- Farm Insurance
- Current Grant Schemes – Opportunities and Pitfalls
- Asset Farm Finance
Opening at 7.00pm, and Chaired by Colin Tomlinson, Managing Director at H&H Land and Property, the speakers will also include David Morley, Head of Conservation & Environment at H&H Land & Property, Paul Graham, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and Mike Robinson, partner of Mulberry Asset Finance.
Thomas Armstrong describes the event as “an opportunity to catch up with, debate and discuss current farming issues”.
“We will provide farmers with in-depth information on the Brexit process and proposed Agricultural Bill, together with any mitigation known to be in place via other developments. We will be topical, give those the latest industry updates, and explain services that we can offer from a business perspective.”
“There will be a practical emphasis on understanding your business, and how to research and identify new opportunities for your farming enterprise. The areas we discuss cover a complete spectrum of farm business issues, and our aim is to break some new ground for farmers. Those speaking are experts in their fields, who will encourage debate and highlight new ideas for commercial futures.”
