Molly to Bring Key Expertise in Newly Created Position

H&H Land and Property have announced the appointment of Molly Blackburn as Business Development and Marketing Manager.

We  have recently welcomed to the team Marketing Manager, Molly Blackburn, to enhance efforts and business development across the company.

Originally from Haverigg, and now living in Penrith, Molly holds a first-class honour’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Central Lancashire and has previous experience working in an advertising agency in Manchester and more recently at H&H Reeds, H&H Land and Property’s sister company.

Working as Project and Marketing Manager for almost two years at H&H Reeds, Molly aims to put her knowledge and expertise to work by liaising closely with all 7 offices, comprising the land agency, residential sales and lettings business, and encouraging the evolution of the company through their marketing and business development.

The new role will see Molly also cover the marketing strategies of H&H King and H&H Michael CL Hodgson. Her skills and experience will see Molly look to strengthen the companies’ positions in the market place, working effectively to tie-in branding and marketing strategies.

Commenting on her appointment, Molly said: “I’m looking forward to taking on this new challenge. The role with H&H Land and Property gives me a real opportunity to create marketing activities to support future growth and new cohesive marketing communications.”

Molly will be focusing on a wide a geographical area covering the Cumbria, County Durham, South Scottish, North Lancashire, and into the Yorkshire Dales.

Concluding, Molly said: “I’ve gained so much from my time at H&H Reeds and I am excited to be part of the H&H Land and Property team.

“I now feel ready to utilise my experience in a different area of the group and expand my marketing experience further.”
