The land at Ainstable lies to the North of the village. The land is accessed from a gateway off the driveway to Brackenrigg.
The land at Ainstable comprises 16.69 acres (6.76ha) of sound grazing land benefiting from a natural water supply and access just off the public highway.
The land will be sold with a claw back in respect of any renewable energy project over the land for a period of 25 years, with the amount payable being 25% of the uplift in value.
The land is not currently subject to any environmental schemes.
There are no basic Farm Payment Entitlements to be sold with the land.
