The land is situated next to Crane Row Lane,
approximately 4.8 miles south east of the village of
West Auckland and 15.7 miles south east of the town
of Darlington.


Directions
From Toft Hill follow the A68, take the junction before
the 68 Cafe to Hamsterley and follow this road for 0.6
miles. Turn left towards Wind Mill and follow this road
until you come to a T junction, turn right onto Nettlebed
Lane following this road onto Crane Row Lane for
approximately 1.6 miles, turn left towards Wham,
Southside and Butterknowle and the land is located to
your right with an access gate 100m from the junction.
