The land lies on the outskirts of Dalston village which is located approximately 5 miles South of the City of Carlisle and approximately 3.5 miles West of Durdar.
61.13 acres (24.74 ha) of good quality mowing and grazing land benefiting from good roadside access available to let on a five year Farm Business tenancy commencing on 2nd August 2019.
The land is not scheduled in any Environmental Schemes.
All boundaries are to be maintained by the Tenant.
The land has no mains water supply.
The Basic Payment Entitlements are included in the Tenancy and will be transferred to the Tenant following the commencement of the tenancy to enable them to make the 2020 claim.
We are advised by the outgoing tenants that there are sufficient entitlements available for transfer.
