The Buyers will be held to have satisfied themselves as to the nature of such burdens.
The land is sold subject to an existing overage clause in favour of a previous owner. In the event that planning consent is obtained for the development of the land for non-agricultural or non-equestrian purposes, the Purchaser will be required to pay one third of the uplift in the value of the land to the previous owner. This overage provision expires in March 2028.
