The Buyer of Lot 3 will be responsible for the supply and erection of a stock proof fence between points A and B on the attached plan.

The main access to Lot 3 is via a right of way over the tarmac tracking running from Southend Road as shown coloured brown on the plan. Access can also be gained via a right of way over the access track running from Chapel Street as shown coloured brown on the attached plan.

The land is registered for Basic Payment purposes. The Entitlements are included in the sale, and will be transferred to the successful Buyer(s). If sold in Lots the Entitlements are apportioned as follows:
