Terms of Letting
The property will be let under an Assured Shorthold Agreement for an initial six month term, the terms and conditions of which are available at the offices of H&H Land and Property during normal office hours, provided that a prior appointment has been arranged. There is to be no smoking in the property. Any decorating is to be of neutral colours and to be reinstated at the end of the tenancy. Permission must be granted before applying any fixtures to the walls. The garden must be kept in good condition. The grass must be cut regularly and weeds must be maintained on a regular basis.
There will be a holding deposit of one weeks rent required upon application which will contribute towards the first months rent if the application is successful. If the applicant withdraws their application the holding deposit will be retained by H&H Land and Property Ltd.
